Body Fortress Super Advanced Creatine Reviews

If you workout to get big muscle gains, then you’ve probably taken some form of Creatine somewhere down the road. The first forms of Creatine were plain white powders in bottles. Simply take a small scoop full with 8 ounces of water 30-45 minutes before you workout, then hit the gym.

However, Creatine has come a long way. There are now many types of Creatine: Creatine Monohydrate, Creatine Ester Phosphate and Creatine Ethyl Ester to name a few. Theses latter forms are the more advanced creatine types that provide a lot more muscle growth and better muscle pumps when you’re in the gym.

So, you can imagine that just about every sports supplement company on the planet came out with a product for every type of creatine that exists. They were obviously all cashing in on the product big time!

Then, they started adding some flavor to the containers of creatine which added sugar to the mix. For example, fruit punch flavored creatine. The reason for adding the sugar was that it would carry the creatine throughout your bloodstream faster resulting in big time muscle pumps in the gym. And it works!

But, what brand had the purest form of creatine available? Which one would get me the best results. Well, I tried several of them. Some high dollar brands and a few more economical brands of creatine. And here’s the results.

One day at GNC several years ago, I began to experiment with this new creatine with the added sugar. I noticed better pumps in the gym right away, but not the growth I was looking for. I went through a few brands and they were pretty good.

I was a little impressed at the content.  Not only did it have three types of creatine loaded in the bottle, but also a BCAA Nitro Blend and a NOS Xtreme Blend!  Interesting.  For $15 I purchased a bottle.  Here’s what I found out.

Body Fortress Super Advanced Creatine HP blew my mind.  I got the best muscle pumps I ever got in the gym, I got great muscle gains I never got before using any product I tried of which most were high dollar, and it did not upset my stomach at all!  I loved it.  It became and still is my favorite supplement to this day.  I remember measuring my arms, chest, legs and calves and I thought I was seeing things.  I looked bigger than I ever did!  People commented on how big I was.  My wife kept asking me how I did that so fast, how I got so big so quickly.  My strength increased dramatically and I was pushing weights I never thought I would be able to move.  I was shocked!  And I loved it!

Then a friend of mine told me about Rich Gaspari’s SuperPump 250.  I bought a bottle for about $40.  I noticed some pumps, took it exactly as it advised to, but noticed that it upset my stomach quite a bit.  I would wear down quicker during my workouts and the pumps weren’t near as good as I got using Body Fortress Super Advanced Creatine HP.  I went straight back to Body Fortress.  And, right away, the pumps and growth started again.

How does Body Fortress Super Advanced Creatine HP taste?  Not bad.  At first it tastes a little different, but not bad.  But, you adapt a taste for it.  Now, when I mix it in a bottle of cold water, I look forward to chugging it down.  I really like it.
